Blume Bakery Refund & Order Policy

Effective for All Orders: No Refunds

At Blume Bakery, every cookie is handcrafted, dairy-free, and baked fresh to order. Because our products are perishable and made in small batches, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Order Acceptance & Quality Check

Please inspect your order at the time of pickup or delivery.
If you have a concern about accuracy, quality, or damage, it must be reported immediately and before accepting your order.

Once an order has been accepted, picked up, delivered, or transferred to a third-party courier, it is considered final.

No refunds, remakes, or replacements will be provided after acceptance.

No Returns

For health and safety reasons, perishable food items cannot be returned, even if unopened or unused.

Missed Pickup / Incorrect Address

If a pickup window is missed or an incorrect address is provided:

  • The order cannot be refunded

  • The order cannot be remade

  • The order cannot be replaced

Perishable goods cannot be re-sold or held beyond the scheduled pickup/delivery time.

Order Modifications

We begin preparing orders quickly.
While we will accommodate changes when possible, order modifications are not guaranteed.
If a modification cannot be made, the original order remains final and non-refundable.

Shipping & Delivery

If a third-party courier is used (e.g., DoorDash, Uber, local courier services), Blume Bakery is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays

  • Melted, damaged, or stale items caused by transit or weather

  • Packages marked as delivered but missing

  • Courier errors or mishandling

All sales remain final.

Storage & Handling Responsibility

Once your order leaves our possession, proper storage is the customer’s responsibility.
We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Improper storage

  • Texture or taste preferences

  • Items left in warm cars

  • Damage occurring after pickup or delivery

  • Delayed consumption

Seasonal & Holiday Preorders

Holiday and seasonal menus are produced in limited batches.
All seasonal items are final sale once the order is placed.
No changes, cancellations, or refunds can be accommodated after payment.

Allergen Notice

Our cookies are dairy-free and made without eggs, but the kitchen does handle nuts, gluten, soy and other allergens.
Cross-contact may occur.
By ordering, you acknowledge that products are not allergen-free and accept this risk.

No refunds will be provided for allergy-related issues.

Order Support

If you have a concern with your order at the time of pickup/delivery, please notify us immediately so we can address it on the spot.
