I started Blume Bakery out of a deep love for baking, coffee, and flowers, and in honor of my late mother, Ruby, who inspired me in the kitchen. Growing up dairy-free, I set out to prove that sweet indulgence doesn’t need dairy to be delicious. What began with my Signature Salted Chocolate Chip Cookie has grown into a passion for crafting wholesome, dairy-free treats made with quality organic ingredients. Since launching in April 2024, Blume Bakery has been winning hearts — one cookie at a time.
